The purpose of this research study is presented of the need for
change management in the organization.
Objects of study are issues related to the need for change in
the modern organization, the effects of unmanaged change the
directions of individual and organizational change, the
presentation of foreign theoretical and practical experience in
change management, implementing change, resistance to change, the
responses resistance and others.
The present design has the following structure:
