This article was written in connection with the
project named: European approach for
public participation and competence in the digital
environment.Digital competence is defined as one
of the key competences for lifelong learning. The
security of young people with key competences and improving
educational attainment is an essential part of the European Union
strategy for growth , sustainable development and vacancies.
The population of Bulgaria is situated in a complex social,
political and economic environment. Unemployment is a
social risk, causing a number of economic consequences.
Construction of digital competence in students from different
disciplines will help them to build competitive as footage of
national and European labor market. Construction of key digital
competences in students could lead to a new wave of implementations
of the labor market by young professionals and minimize the level
of structural unemployment.
