Crime and Social Control in Terms of Globalization

Abstract

Many studies show that regardless of local characteristic in terms of globalization criminal networks are transnational, and local and regional crime are under control of organized crime. At the same time national countermeasures doesn't have the same effect as those at international level. Many times research data and scientific papers set  questions about methods and resources, which the countries should apply as part of general  efforts to combat transnational organized crime taking into account her local specifics.
